Overview

The Employee Relations Specialist at Montu is responsible for leading all Employee Relations frameworks, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance on complex ER matters.

• Lead Employee Relations frameworks and practices.

Requirements

• Degree in IR, HR, or Law.
• 6+ years of experience in Employee Relations.
• Trained ER investigator with consulting and in-house experience.
• Experience with Fair Work rulings.
• Experience in a scale-up environment is preferred.
