Overview

The Employee Relations Specialist will partner closely with managers and internal stakeholders to address employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company values and policies.

In Short

  • Support US Operations in employee relations.
  • Analyze and respond to leave of absence and accommodation requests.
  • Advise on employee relations issues and suggest solutions.
  • Coach managers on corrective actions and documentation.
  • Participate in disciplinary actions and maintain documentation.
  • Investigate employee complaints and implement solutions.
  • Document and track cases in a centralized database.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to issues.
  • Manage conflicting priorities and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure a positive work environment by addressing staff concerns.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree or relevant HR experience.
  • Master’s degree with 2 years of HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of HR experience.
  • Associate's degree with 8 years of HR experience.
  • High school diploma with 10 years of HR experience.
