Overview

The Specialist Business Analyst will be responsible for executing process mapping needs across SAP S/4HANA transformation, acting as a key integration point between business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Develop process maps in Miro, Visio, and Excel.
• Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Track progress and escalate issues as needed.
• 5 years of process mapping experience required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of process mapping experience.
• Master’s degree and 3 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies.
• Experience with ERP implementation in life sciences.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
