Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Lead and manage high-level, complex non-technical projects for a big biopharma leader. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, aligning scope, time, cost, and quality requirements with business objectives. Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage one or more strategic, non-technical projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate resource allocation and guide all development lifecycle phases
• Lead and support workshops, preparing and synthesizing presentation materials
• Deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders
• Direct activities of project team members and cross-functional groups
• Document project requirements and objectives
• Effectively escalate and resolve project barriers
• Obtain and manage external resources as needed

Requirements

• Proven expertise managing medium to large scale projects
• Excellent understanding of project management processes, procedures, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with project management and analysis methodologies
• Strong analytical and business process development skills, including change management
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartSheet
• Familiarity with systems for sharing and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills for working with cross-program resources
• Tech savvy mindset
