Senior Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Oversee strategic client relationships and lead communication regarding project updates.
• Develop project plans and identify critical paths and potential risks.
• Provide oversight of portfolio-level data analytics and reporting dashboards.
• Generate timely client and department reports.
• Define KPIs and oversee dashboard development.
• Assist in project management objectives, budgeting, and timelines.
• Document all project meetings and action items.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork among staff.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize current computer skills for project management tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP strongly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask efficiently under pressure.
• Current and applicable computer skills.
