Overview

The Organizational Effectiveness Manager will execute strategies around knowledge transfer to support onboarding processes for new staff, particularly at the India site, while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In Short

  • Responsible for executing organizational effectiveness strategies.
  • Work with Technology Organizational Effectiveness Team.
  • Manage knowledge transfer processes for new hires.
  • Identify and address knowledge transfer gaps.
  • Develop learning and performance plans.
  • Provide consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for staff upskilling.
  • Escalate issues impacting strategy implementation.
  • Deliver on assigned scope with limited oversight.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of learning and/or talent management experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • High situational awareness for organizational change.
  • Experience with actionable plans and training.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Basic understanding of SAFe and Agile.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated program management skills.
