Overview

The Supply Chain Senior Associate is responsible for managing and improving the invoice verification process of freight invoices, ensuring timely resolution of disputes, and maintaining relationships with service providers.

• Manage the invoice verification process for freight invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or logistics preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP and BW.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• Strong relational and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of financial closing cycles.
• Experience with freight audits is a plus.
• GMP and GDP knowledge preferred.
