Supply Chain & Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

Apothékary is looking for a highly detail-oriented and self-starter Supply Chain & Operations Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our supply chain, inventory management, and distribution processes.

In Short

• Coordinate all raw materials and finished goods between suppliers, co-manufacturers, retailers & fulfillment center.
• Strategically plan production requirements with co-manufacturers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Fulfillment Team.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and dietary supplement requirements.
• Work with Finance and Accounting for accuracy of PO’s and invoices.
• Schedule pick-ups & deliveries with freight partners.
• Negotiate with carriers for competitive pricing.
• Act as the primary contact with retail partners and suppliers.
• Maintain record keeping of shipping documents.
• Participate in continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in dietary supplements.
• Proficient in negotiation and cost management.
