Overview

The Associate - Operations role at WNS involves providing customer support through various channels for products related to Diabetes Care, while collaborating with internal teams to identify potential clients.

Requirements

  • University studies level of Licenciatura.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of technical terms in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in contact center industry.
  • At least 1 year experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Upper Intermediate English skills (B2).
  • Proactive and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
