Overview

The Program Analyst will be part of the Frontline Product Support team, providing L1 and L2 support for critical applications, managing incidents, and ensuring operational excellence.

In Short

  • Provide L1 & L2 support for multiple applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Manage high-severity incidents and minimize downtime.
  • Perform proactive monitoring of applications.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams.
  • Engage with customers for technical discussions.
  • Maintain and update troubleshooting documentation.
  • Perform in-depth analysis for recurring issues.
  • Support UAT and SIT processes.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in application support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of system architecture and APIs.
  • Experience with monitoring tools.
  • Ability to document functional and technical requirements.
  • Experience with requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in creating process flows and diagrams.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
