Overview

The Sr. Organizational Effectiveness Analyst supports company-wide performance by developing and driving data insights efficiency and effectiveness into company-wide human capital practices.

In Short

• Lead integration of HR data from multiple sources into a centralized repository.
• Design and maintain data models for data standardization.
• Develop data governance policies for data accuracy.
• Analyze HR data and produce dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and performance targets.
• Conduct training on data management best practices.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate data management processes.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in HR practices.
• Support a data-driven culture in HR.
• Required 3+ years of experience in data-analysis or people analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Experience with HRIS and data analysis.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead change effectively.

Benefits

• Base salary of $90,000 - $115,000.
