AECOM is seeking a Senior Organizational Strategist to join our growing Strategy+ practice to take leading roles in major infrastructure programs and shape AECOM’s perspective on organizational strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 6 years of experience.
• Experience in organizational design, change management, or human resources.
• Preferred experience in organizational psychology or management consulting.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with data analytics and user research.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree is a bonus.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations is a plus.
