IS Organizational Effectiveness Senior Associate - Remote

Overview

Amgen is seeking a DTI: Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Senior Associate focused on Training and Staff Development programs within the Technology Organization. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of key Training and Staff Development programs and will be an evangelist for learning and performance.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in Learning, Talent Development, and Compliance.
• 3+ years of learning and performance experience.
• Experience with compliance and quality plans.
• Excellent oral and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated program implementation skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguous and rapidly changing priorities.
• Experience in building and maintaining Power BI reports.
• Ability to create and edit SharePoint pages.
• Excellent understanding of social media dynamics.
• Ability to analyze output and measure success factors.
