Overview

The Budget Execution Manager will lead the end-to-end budget execution for key functions within Amgen's Research & Development organization, enabling data-informed decisions to drive innovation.

• Lead the annual budget planning cycle and maintain budget plans.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree or relevant experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience in financial reporting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with drug development processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment.
