Requirements

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Authorization to work in the US without restrictions.
• Experience in customer service and satisfaction evaluation.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Out-of-the-box thinker and self-motivated.
