International Sales Controller - Remote

Overview

The International Sales Controller provides business partnership to the management and sales teams and plays a key role in the continuous development of tools and deliverables including reporting and planning to drive commercial performance (sales scope worldwide greater than €100 million).

In Short

• Drive and support the continuous development and improvement of product/customer master data.
• Manage monthly global sales reports and help sales teams understand and improve worldwide commercial performance.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify relevant business KPIs.
• Co-design and implement the sales planning process.
• Support finance management on ad-hoc financial topics.
• Create global sales and ad-hoc required reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policy.
• Communicate and work closely with various departments.
• Commercial reporting and controlling.
• Produce ad-hoc reports.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration or finance.
• 3+ years of experience in operational finance or business analyst roles.
• Proven expertise in project and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Familiarity with Access and Power BI is an advantage.
