Marketing Intern - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team across a variety of campaigns and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in market research, content development, database projects, and digital marketing execution.

In Short

• Support marketing campaigns through market and account research
• Conduct lead research using third-party platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
• Gather and organize data from provided prospect and account lists
• Assist with database cleanup, enrichment, and reporting projects
• Repurpose existing content and develop new content for campaigns
• Support digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution
• Assist with planning and execution of onsite marketing events as needed
• Collaborate with marketing managers to understand how individual tasks support broader campaign goals

Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing, research, and campaign execution
• Ability to analyze information and connect research to actionable insights
• Strong written communication and content development skills
• Comfortable working with data, lists, and databases
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM or marketing tools a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness and availability to support onsite events in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara as needed
• Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn
