Overview

The International Business Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the regional Balance Sheet and P&L in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP. This role involves collaboration with various finance teams and external auditors to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.

• Manage the accuracy of the Balance Sheet and P&L.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and Local GAAP.

Requirements

• Experience in financial controlling or external audit.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statutory audits.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Experience with M&A transactions is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills with auditors.
