Controller / Business Controller - Remote

Overview

As a Controller / Business Controller at Eurofins, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, supporting the growth of the company.

In Short

• Prepare annual planning and interim forecasts for NSC cost centers.
• Monitor and analyze financial data (P&L and balance sheet).
• Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial statements.
• Conduct monthly local and global reporting on operational KPIs.
• Calculate and control NSC service fees.
• Support HGB individual financial statements and liaise with auditors.
• Implement cross-functional projects in reporting and controlling processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed business studies with a focus on accounting or relevant commercial training.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting or financial controlling.
• Experience in a global environment and reporting knowledge is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of accounting (HGB/IFRS).
• Analytical and structured approach with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and process-oriented perspective.
• High self-motivation and creativity in problem solving.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Dynamics AX and Cognos is a plus.
• Fluent in German and conversational in English.
