Overview

The Business Controller will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through analytical insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting or auditing.
• Solid understanding of accounting rules and principles according to HGB.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a finance role in a B2B or SaaS startup.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive approach.
• Proficient in Excel and Power-BI; knowledge of DATEV and SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
