In Short

• Lead, develop and shape a young project and process management team
• Lead, coordinate and manage company-wide projects with Cofinity-X teams from kick-off to successful completion
• Analyze and improve existing processes and develop and implement efficient workflows
• Ensure that state-of-the-art processes are set up and modeled and process ownership is taken seriously across the company
• Plan, manage and oversee the existing processes for ISO 27001 and TISAX in close cooperation with our CISO

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification
• Proven several years of professional experience in project and process management, ideally in a cloud native or technology-driven company
• Knowledge of common project management methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of process modeling tools and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects and processes
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
