Junior Business Controller - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Business Controller to join our dynamic Finance team in Italy. You will be a pro-active finance business partner, covering a relevant role in supporting the team during the month-end closing, budget and forecast process, variations analysis and cost-control activities, in order to close the total reporting for the legal entities and ensure respect of internal and group deadlines.

In Short

• Monitor and analyze business performance across various business units and regions.
• Run business and cost control processes to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Support teams in maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate in financial process improvement initiatives.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Business & Cost Controlling preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
