Overview

The Field Execution Manager is responsible for driving sales by increasing in store execution and ensuring flawless execution in the field by distributors. This role is vital to make sure in store execution meets brands standards to support sales and share growth goals.

In Short

  • Conduct regular sales calls with key local and regional retail field management personnel.
  • Negotiate and secure increased in store execution during promotion and off promotion.
  • Collaborate with commercial marketing for retail activations.
  • Review monthly performance metrics with distributors.
  • Work in field with district managers to establish execution standards.
  • Act as the point of contact for distributor account managers.
  • Spend time in stores engaging directly with retailers.
  • Log daily sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on territory performance.
  • Participate in the Sales Bonus Plan.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years in sales or distributor management in the beverage, FMCG, or CPG industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PPT, and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
  • Reliable smartphone with camera technology.
  • Ability to carry 50lbs+ and meet physical demands of the job.
