The Sales Execution Manager, Beverage role at Nutrabolt involves creating and executing customized retailer programs to drive business objectives within large store chains, focusing on the growth of the C4 Energy DSD beverage portfolio.

In Short

  • Manage and execute retailer programs for C4 Energy DSD beverage.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to align on promotional activities.
  • Report monthly sales data and analyze promotional effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain for planning and forecasting.
  • Develop presentations that focus on customer growth objectives.
  • Perform P&L management for assigned accounts.
  • Travel required (50%+).
  • 5+ years of experience in DSD beverage sales.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Build relationships with key account teams for mutual alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in DSD beverage industry.
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle liability insurance.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs+.
  • Strong background in sales management and key account management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Experience in promotional analysis and ROI evaluation.
  • Knowledge of beverage industry trends and consumer behavior.
