Overview

The Sales Execution Manager, Beverage is responsible for driving the growth and development of the C4 Energy DSD beverage portfolio across major store chains, focusing on customer alignment and execution of customized retailer programs.

In Short

  • Accountable for creating and executing retailer programs.
  • Focus on growth of C4 Energy DSD beverage portfolio.
  • Requires travel around the greater Newark, NJ area.
  • Work with customers and internal teams on setup paperwork.
  • Report sales data monthly.
  • Plan promotions with key contacts for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Finance on promotional analysis.
  • Manage P&L for assigned accounts.
  • Work with Marketing for channel-specific programming.
  • Ensure execution of promotional activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DSD beverage.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Knowledge of DSD systems in the beverage industry.
  • Key Account Management experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle liability insurance.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more.
