Overview

As a Strategic Planning and Operations Senior Manager at Amgen, you will provide strategic and operational support to the Early Development Oncology Therapeutic Area, working closely with the leadership to drive organizational goals and manage complex projects.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience in R&D planning and operations, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Oncology R&D and knowledge of clinical development.
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional team management.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate across different organizational levels.
• Experience in business case development and organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Experience in financial budgeting and workforce strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for resource forecasting and planning.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively.
