Overview

The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Operations will play a crucial role within Amgen’s US Value & Access Contracts & Pricing organization, focusing on Oncology & Rare Disease, and will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in US Market Access, Contracts & Pricing, and related functions.
• Strong understanding of US managed markets and healthcare policy.
• Excellent planning, analytical, and project management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Contracting and pricing experience in payer/provider settings.
• Field leadership experience preferred.
• Critical thinking and ability to translate ideas into results.
• Experience in executive-level presentation development.
