Senior Manager, CEG Planning & Operations - Remote

Overview

We're seeking a strategic Senior Manager, CEG Planning & Operations to lead enterprise-wide planning processes and drive operational excellence across the organization.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of the annual operating plan (AOP).
• Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM planning, APEX, Sales, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage the Customer Excellence Group (CEG) operating cadence.
• Develop and execute sales compensation strategy.
• Coordinate global territory and quota planning process.
• Establish and maintain planning frameworks and operating rhythms.
• Synthesize complex data and insights for executive decision-making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Experience in leveraging AI in work processes.
• 8+ years of experience in operations or strategic planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of sales compensation structures.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
