Overview

The Vendor Finance Controller will lead the global commercial partnership and financial governance for ServiceNow’s media investment, ensuring contract integrity, P&L accuracy, and maximizing partnership ROI.

Requirements

• 10+ years in marketing operations or vendor management.
• Experience managing large-scale agency relationships.
• Strong financial acumen and contract management expertise.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Proven track record in operational oversight and delivery validation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Executive presence and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
