Finance Controller - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Controller to take ownership of our financial operations, managing cash flow, forecasting risks, overseeing payroll, and driving system improvements.

In Short

• Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
• Oversee and forecast cash flow.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Execute payroll using Gusto.
• Maintain financial records in QuickBooks.
• Manage timesheet processes in Bullhorn.
• Work with staff to resolve payroll and invoice issues.
• Implement financial systems for efficiency.
• Provide insights through reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred).
• Experience in a controller-level role.
• Strong expertise in A/P, A/R, and cash flow forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• High ownership and accountability.
