Overview

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Industrial/Manufacturing Recruiter, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

In Short

• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
• Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay informed about industry trends in recruiting.
• Participate in career fairs to attract talent.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• 2 - 3 years of experience recruiting for Industrial/Manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to immediate process changes.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Passion for learning and developing new skills.
