Overview

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Industrial/Manufacturing Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in recruitment events.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Pay rate of $10.00 - $15.00 per hour plus commission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in recruiting for Industrial/Manufacturing roles is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Passion for learning and developing new skills.
