In Short

• Own full cycle pipelines across multiple different orgs from sourcing to coordination to closing
• Own technical pipelines and be open to other business needs across other departments
• Attract and hire the best talent
• Be the first interaction for candidates engaging with Federato
• Enhance the candidate experience with timely communication
• Partner with hiring leaders on job descriptions and interview processes

Requirements

• 6+ years of full cycle experience in Technical Recruiting with at least 2 years in-house
• Successful track record of owning the full cycle recruiting process
• Experience with recruiting operations; pulling data, editing ATS, interview training
• Effective and proactive communicator
• A self-starter and first principles thinker
• A team player who embodies Federato's Values
• Located in EST time zone, ideally the New York area
