Overview

As Director of International Marketing, you will be the founding leader of Federato’s international marketing function, building and executing strategy across the UK and new global regions.

• Define and drive international marketing strategy.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership for market entry and pipeline creation.
• Develop region-specific campaigns and customer stories.
• Own localization strategy based on local market dynamics.
• Build and scale the international marketing function over time.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution.
• Act as the primary marketing partner for international markets.
• 12–15+ years of B2B marketing experience required.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills needed.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or enterprise software.
• Record of driving international growth and demand generation.
• Comfort with multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to adapt global positioning into local narratives.
• Understanding of regional market norms and cultural differences.
• Scrappy and strategic approach to building from zero.
• Strong communication skills with customers and partners.
• Bonus: experience marketing to highly regulated industries.
