Overview

Frida is looking for a Director of Sales, International to drive growth across our international direct accounts, with a strong emphasis on the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for expanding our global footprint by identifying new retail opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and executing Frida’s international sales strategy.

In Short

  • Own and lead the commercial relationship with direct accounts across international markets.
  • Support international market expansion efforts.
  • Develop and negotiate customer-specific joint business plans.
  • Manage the P&L for direct accounts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Customer Operations.
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead successful product launches.
  • Leverage market insights and shopper data.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Established residence in the United Kingdom.
  • Expertise in online and in-market business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnerships.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic recommendations.
  • Customer-focused approach with success in sales channels.
  • Ability to travel extensively internationally.
