Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in growth/performance marketing or management roles.
• 5+ years in leadership positions.
• Experience in B2C performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in English (C2 level minimum).
• Experience in online marketplaces is a plus.
• Familiarity with European markets, especially Germany and France.
