Rover is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our pet parent lifecycle marketing strategy, enhancing customer messaging across multiple channels to drive engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Lifecycle/CRM experience.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Proven success in lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Experience with large ESPs, preferably Iterable.
• Strong strategic and partnership skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Stays current on lifecycle marketing trends.
