Overview

As a Senior Commercial Counsel II at Ro, you will lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, partnering closely with various teams while managing Ro’s contracts queue in a fast-paced environment.

• Own the legal review and negotiation of Ro’s commercial contracts.

Requirements

• JD and active bar admission with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about business objectives behind contracts.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or high-growth companies preferred.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and cybersecurity preferred.
