Requirements

• J.D. and admitted to any US state bar.
• 8+ years legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong track record of drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
