Overview

The Senior Compensation Design Specialist will play a crucial role in redesigning and maintaining DoorDash's compensation infrastructure to motivate and retain top talent.

Requirements

• 8+ years of compensation experience in consulting or in-house roles.
• Background in global compensation and understanding of international pay structures.
• Experience with job architecture design and maintenance.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or STEM discipline.
• Experience with Workday and program management preferred.
