Compensation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our Compensation team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining a competitive and equitable rewards strategy aligned with our company values and goals.

In Short

• Maintain and update the organizational and salary structure.
• Conduct salary benchmarks across global markets.
• Partner with the People team to design a rewards system.
• Develop compensation-related performance metrics and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with senior management to communicate compensation policies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in compensation, ideally with exposure to international frameworks.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
