Customer Service Agent (Cantonese Chinese) - Night Shift - Remote

Overview

Fever is looking for a Customer Service Agent fluent in Cantonese Chinese to provide exceptional support during the night shift. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while assisting customers with their inquiries and issues.

In Short

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and social media.
• Handle incoming calls and chats efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and follow up for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Engage customers and ensure high-quality communication.
• Work during the night shift from 00:00 to 8:00 am.
• Collaborate with the Operations Department as needed.
• Must reside in Spain.
• Be part of a dynamic, international team.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or user support roles.
• Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred.
• High proficiency in Cantonese Chinese and fluency in Spanish or English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management abilities.
