Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at Fever, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to customers, helping to resolve their inquiries and issues efficiently.

In Short

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls and chats to ensure high-quality communication.
• Offer accurate information using appropriate methods and tools.
• Handle complaints and provide solutions within time limits.
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
• Engage customers proactively.
• Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations.
• Work night shifts from 00:00 am to 8:00 am.

Requirements

• Experience in User Support or Customer Service roles.
• Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred.
• High proficiency in English and fluent in Spanish.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.

• Willingness to be part of a dynamic team.
• Must reside in Spain.
