Customer Service Agent: Dutch (Mid Shift) - Remote

Overview

Fever is seeking a Customer Service Agent who will provide excellent service to our customers, working remotely from Spain.

In Short

• Provide customer service via email, phone, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
• Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication procedures and guidelines.
• Engage customers proactively.
• Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Decisive and organized.
• A team player in a dynamic environment.
• High or native level of Dutch and fluent in Spanish or English.
• Previous experience with a ticketing system is a plus (desirable Zendesk).
• Must reside in Spain.
