Customer Service Agent: Portuguese (Afternoon Shift) - Remote

Overview

Fever is looking for a Customer Service Agent who will provide exceptional support to our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues.

In Short

• Work from home in a customer service role
• Afternoon shift from 16:00 pm to 00:00 am
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues
• Record customer interactions and manage accounts
• Follow company communication procedures and guidelines
• Engage customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Operations Department as needed

Requirements

• Experience in User Support or Customer Service
• Familiarity with Zendesk preferred
• High proficiency in Portuguese and fluency in Spanish or English
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good time-management abilities
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Reside in Spain
