Customer Service Agent: German (Afternoon Shift) - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at Fever, you will provide exceptional support to our customers in German, Spanish, or English, helping to enhance their experience with our platform.

In Short

• Provide customer service via email, phone, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries.
• Deliver accurate information using appropriate tools.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Follow company communication procedures and guidelines.
• Engage customers proactively.
• Work in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule.
• Collaborate with the Operations Department as needed.
• Work schedule: 16:00 pm to 00:00 am with a 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is valuable.
• Experience with Zendesk is preferred.
• High proficiency in German (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English.
• Strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Decisive and organized.
• A team player in a dynamic environment.
• Must reside in Spain.
