Customer Service Agent (German-Speaking) - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Customer Service Agent who will provide excellent service in processing customer orders and inquiries, working within a global company focused on engineering and technology.

In Short

• Provide optimal order processing and customer experience.
• Review and process new orders based on customer purchase orders.
• Create order confirmations and manage product shipments.
• Handle product returns and credit notes.
• Follow up on overdue payments and customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers in English and German.
• Manage customer data in the ERP system.
• Support procurement and logistics teams.
• Ensure product availability through internal stock management.

Requirements

• Commercial degree or qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics.
• Proactive and service-oriented work style.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (C2 level).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on economic solutions.
