Customer Service Agent - Japanese (Night Shift) - Remote

Overview

Fever is seeking a Customer Service Agent who is fluent in Japanese and Spanish to provide exceptional service during the night shift. This role is remote and involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

In Short

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls and chats effectively.
• Offer accurate and complete information using appropriate tools.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.

• Work schedule: 00 am - 8:00 am with a 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Experience in User Support or Customer Service is valuable.
• Proficiency in Zendesk preferred.
• High proficiency in Japanese (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English.
• Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented and reliable professional.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Decisive and organized.
• Must reside in Spain.
