Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to manage inbound inquiries and maintain high-quality support through chat, email, and phone.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in frontline customer support.
• Passion for solving complex problems and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Adaptable and resilient in a changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Great multitasking and time management skills.
• Knowledge or interest in blockchain/digital assets/fin-tech.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
