Overview

Trust Wallet is looking for an Operations Associate to support the operational infrastructure of a fast-moving, globally distributed crypto wallet team.

In Short

• Manage internal meeting rhythms and track action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and follow up on deliverables.
• Handle relationships with external platforms and partners.
• Administer access and maintenance of key platform accounts.
• Drive coordination for high-priority projects.
• Plan and manage logistics for company events.
• Provide support with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in operations or project coordination.
• Experience in or exposure to the crypto / Web3 industry.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrable follow-through.
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
• Proficient with collaboration tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Slack).
• Self-directed and reliable.
